Positives:

Some of the chapters are intriguing and Philip uses some effective vocabulary that sets the scene. He's planned the story well.

Negatives:

Quite a lot of the chapters get a bit old fashioned and boring. Unlike other fiction stories it didn't really wow me. Philip could have improved by adding in exciting openings and leaving more chapters on cliffhangers.

Parental Guidance:

He has made it child friendly because it is kind of suitable for any age above 6 years old. However it does contain a tiny bit of violence and injuries.
