J.K. Rowling uses bad vocabulary when the scenes are dark and she uses good adjectives when she is describing light or happy scenes. There is a lot of creativity in this book.

Negatives:

The chapters with the teddies and Jack being mean to The Christmas Pig may make younger children upset if they are emotional. When they are in the Land Of The Lost, J.K. Rowling could have described the characters a bit more and gone in-depth with the description.
